You’re Losing Sales.
We Find Out Why.

We uncover the hidden obstacles that keep customers from saying yes.

Hidden Sales Friction

Are You Making It Harder for Customers to Buy?

Small gaps in your messaging can quietly cost you attention, trust, and sales.

Headlines that answer the wrong question?

A website that explains rather than persuades?

An exhibit booth that doesn’t tell attendees what problem you solve?

A sales presentation that makes perfect sense to the people who created it, but leaves prospects wondering, “So what?”

No perfectly clear call to action that tells prospects exactly what to do next?

We Know How Frustrating It Is to Do Everything Right and Still Lose Sales

You can’t read the label from inside the mayonnaise jar.

Sometimes the reason is difficult to see from inside your own business. We help you identify the hidden disconnects between what your company means to say and what your customer actually hears. Once those obstacles are visible, you can fix the message and make the next step easier to understand.

David A. Saltzman
About David

I See Dead Messages.

I have a problem.

I can’t stop spotting the things that are costing companies sales. It’s a little annoying, actually. I can’t read a website, sit through a sales presentation, walk past a trade show exhibit, or skim a brochure without thinking, “Well…there’s why people aren’t buying.”

It’s kind of like that kid in The Sixth Sense. He saw dead people.

I see dead messages.

I see the messages that never answer the customer’s real question. Headlines that create confusion instead of curiosity. Websites that explain everything except why anyone should care. Sales presentations that bury the punchline until everyone has already mentally checked out. Trade show booths that look impressive, but leave people wondering what problem you actually solve. The funny part is that the people who created them almost never see the problem. Why would they? They’re too close. They already know what they mean. Their prospects don’t.

That’s where things go sideways. Somewhere between what the company intended to say and what the customer actually heard, sales quietly walk out the door. I call these self-inflicted sales losses because that’s exactly what they are. The good news is that most of them are surprisingly easy to fix once somebody points them out.

That’s what I do.

I’m not a marketing consultant, and I’m not here to sprinkle fairy dust on your branding or invent clever buzzwords. I’m a Sales Loss Strategist. I look at your business through the eyes of the people you’re trying to sell to, uncover the places where confusion is quietly killing momentum, and help you eliminate it. My goal isn’t to make your marketing prettier. It’s to make your business easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to buy from.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “We should be closing more business than we are,” you’re probably right. The answer usually isn’t another marketing campaign. It’s finding the loose screws that have been there all along.

Fortunately, finding them is kind of my thing.
